Authorities announced charges against Ibrahim Khalil "Lil" Diabete in the overdose death of 22-year-old Lucy Aaron of Bensalem.

Authorities charged Diabete after they determined he was the person who sold drugs that led to the overdose deaths of Lucy Aaron, 22, of Bensalem, and Timothy Connor, 33, of Doylestown. Connor died on Sept. 29, 2018, at his home in Doylestown and Aaron died on Dec. 3, 2018, at her home in Bensalem, authorities said.
Detectives from multiple law enforcement agencies were able to identify Diabate by recovering and comparing heroin and their labeled drug packets, analyzing cellphone data, interviewing witnesses and purchasing drugs from Diabate to confirm he sold heroin throughout the county, including the deadly doses that killed the two victims.

"By charging this defendant with separate drug deliveries resulting in two separate deaths, we aim to send the strongest message possible that not only is drug dealing a deadly, risky business with dire criminal consequences, but also that we value every life taken too soon by his deadly poison,” District Attorney Matt Weintraub said.
Bucks County detectives were assisted by Central Bucks Regional police, Bensalem police and Northampton Township police during their investigation.
