Police: 44-Year-old Caught Stealing at Neshaminy Mall Macy’s

 Retail Theft

• A 34-year-old Philadelphia man was arrested and charged with retail theft from a store in the 3400 block Horizon Blvd., Trevose on Dec. 27. He was issued a citation.

• A 32-year-old Bensalem man, from the 2700 block of Murray Ave., was arrested and charged with retail theft Dec. 27. He was issued a citation for theft from the 1300 block Bristol Pk., Bensalem

• A 44-year-old Philadelphia man was arrested and charged Dec. 27 with retail theft from Macy’s at Neshaminy Mall. As a result of the arrest, he was also charged with criminal conspiracy, leaving the scene of an accident, failure to report an accident to police, failure to render aid/give information, driving with a suspended license and failure to drive at a safe speed. He was sent to Bucks County Prison in lieu of $100,000 bail.
