Registration For Free Preschool Program At Bensalem High School Now Open

There is space available in the afternoon session for 4-year-olds. The free program goes from 11:45 a.m. to 1:45 p.m. starting on Oct. 31.

Local residents with small children are invited to participate in a free pre-school program at Bensalem High School.

According to information from the Bensalem Township School District, the free two-hour pre-school is part of a Child Development Course offered by the Family and Consumer Science Department at Bensalem High School.

By participating in the program, high school students gain knowledge and skills working with pre-school children. "There is no charge for participation and the pre-school is not designed to serve as a day care center for working parents," the school district said.
