BENSALEM, PA — Two new businesses are coming to a shopping center in Bensalem while a third, a cheesesteak restaurant, has opened with a new name and ownership.

Kathy's School of Dance, a dance studio, and MichKutz, a barber shop, have signed new leases for space at Centre Plaza, on Galloway Road. Meanwhile, the former Philly It Cheesesteaks, a longtime Centre Plaza tenant, will reopen as A.J.'s Cheesesteaks.

"Kathy's School of Dance and MichKutz fit very well into our tenant mix," said Fred Younkin of Levin Management Corporation, which handled the leases. "Both will generate significant traffic to the property by providing in-demand services for the Bensalem-area community."
