Services Set For Former Croydon Fire Co. Captain Who Passed Away At 37
Kenneth W. Hopkins passed away Thursday, June 30. He was 37.

Kenneth W. Hopkins passed away Thursday, June 30, 2016, at Aria Torresdale Hospital. He was 37.
Born in Philadelphia and a lifelong resident of Croydon, Kenny was a graduate of Truman High School and went on to become an EMT for Bucks County Rescue Squad. He was also a lifelong member and past captain of Croydon Fire Company Station 11. His life's work and passion was fighting fires and saving lives, and that is a true testament to who he was.

Kenny is survived by and will be sadly missed by his devoted parents, Kenneth and Georgeanne (Wilkins) Hopkins; his brother, Matthew R. Hopkins (Lisa); sister, Rosalie Scheidler; and his five nieces who he absolutely adored. Kenny will also be sadly missed by many aunts, uncles, and cousins from both the Hopkins and Wilkins family.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend his Memorial service from 12 to 2 p.m. Friday, July 8, at the Croydon Fire Co. Station 11, 911 State Road, Croydon, PA 19021. Services will begin at 2 p.m.
