When and how did your business get started?
I opened She's Crafty in July after seven months of inventory preparation and planning. I was looking for a new venture that was more economically feasible and decided this was it since crafting had been a lifelong hobby.
Why did you choose the town you did to open your business?
I previously ran another business out of my location and due to the economic difficulties I closed down at the new year. I was tied into the location for another two and a half years so I decided to make the best of it.
What is your business best known for?
She's Crafty is an artesian gift shop. We specialize in exhibit furniture and one-of-a-kind items. We have a special knack for creating that perfect custom order for all of our customers.
What's something interesting about your business your customers might not know?Â
She's Crafty is the exclusive dealer for Forever Daylilies, a local daylilly farm that registers a custom hybrid heirloom flower in the name of your choice. These are wonderful gifts that memorialize births, deaths, weddings, a new relationship or any life event!
