State Police Charge Maryland Man with DUI

On Oct. 13 at 12:07 a.m., state police stopped a vehicle for driving erratically on I-95 southbound near Exit 35 in Bensalem.

The driver, a 58-year-old Rising Sun, MD man, was found to be intoxicated and faces DUI charges in district court.

Trooper Craig Acord investigated the incident.
