Third Eye Blind Announce Dates For Fall ‘Screamer Tour'
The Xcite Center in Bensalem is ready to host Third Eye Blind as they head out on tour in support of their upcoming album, "Screamer."

BENSALEM, PA — In support of their sixth studio album “Screamer,” which is due for release on Oct. 18, Third Eye Blind will head out on tour this fall after appearing at the Austin City Limits Music Festival. Get tickets now to the Nov. 9 show at the Xcite Center in the Parx Casino.
Third Eye Blind are just as popular today as when they released their debut album in 1997. The self-titled debut featured smash hits such as “How’s It Going To Be” and “Semi-Charmed Life,” which reached number 4 on Billboard’s Hot 100 list. Their second album, “Blue,” released in 1999, was just as well received, selling over 150,00 copies in the first month.
Throughout the years, Third Eye Blind has toured extensively while at the same time working on new material. Their style is often labeled as post-grunge, but with each new album they’ve gained acclaim as a band with a unique alternative rock sound.

The “Screamer Tour" gets underway in New Hampshire on Nov. 8, wrapping up on Nov. 30 in Nevada, with both old fans as well as a new, younger audience lining up for tickets. According to frontman Stephan Jenkins, concertgoers can expect a different playlist every night, “It's not the same every night. We're not a jam band, but we soundcheck; soundchecks are band practice, and we move things and change them. We're not a MacBook Pro band."
Even with a revolving playlist, fans can expect Third Eye Blind to showcase songs off their soon to be released album, such as “The Kids Are Coming” and “Ways," as well as some of their older songs from previous albums.
