Touch-a-Truck Event To Be Held At Neshaminy Mall

Neshaminy Mall will host a Touch-a-Truck event on Sunday, July 19 from 11am to 3 pm.

“Touch-a-Truck will showcase ambulances, fire engines, dump trucks and other construction equipment used throughout the community of Bensalem. Kids will get a closer look at the vehicles they love to see in their neighborhoods every day. Children are encouraged to explore the vehicles in a safe environment, while the owners and operators are on hand to describe how the vehicles work and what kind of jobs they do,” Neshaminy Mall said in a statement.

Event festivities include DJ entertainment, prizes, character meet-and-greet, child-friendly carnival games, balloon artists, face painters, vendors and much more. Vehicles ranging from fire trucks and police cars to construction and landscaping vehicles will be located at the mall parking lot located at the corner of Rockhill Drive and Neshaminy Boulevard.

“This is a great opportunity to interact with the community in partnership with Mayor DiGirolamo for our first ever Touch-a-Truck event here at Neshaminy Mall,” said Dennis Deehan, general manager at Neshaminy Mall. “This event not only provides a little free summer fun for our guests and community, but also allows us to showcase Neshaminy Mall as an ideal shopping, dining and entertainment destination.”
