American Lung Association Gives Bucks County Failing Grades for Pollution Levels
The State of the Air Report gave county "F" for readings over a three-year period

The American Lung Association gave Bucks County a failing grade for ozone and particle pollution, according to the Bucks County Courier Times.
The report states that the county received an “F” grade for both categories. The results of the State of the Air report were released after tests were conducted over a three-year period, ending in 2013.
According to the report, the tests for the county were taken in Bristol Township, closer to Philadelphia and I-95. The location may have negatively affected the result.

However, the report also says that the county received passing grades using standards set by the state Environmental Protection Agency.
