Bake Ability Opens New Gluten-Free Kitchen In Buckingham

BUCKINGHAM, PA? Bake Ability, a sweet and savory bakery located inside the Buckingham Green Shopping Center on York Road, has opened a new kitchen exclusively dedicated to gluten-free baking.

"As the demand for delicious gluten-free options continues to rise, we?re rising to the occasion with a dedicated space to create safe, scrumptious treats for our gluten-free community," said the folks at Bake Ability.

To kick things off, Bake Ability's gluten-free menu will feature: Classic chocolate chip cookies, peanut butter cookies, rich chocolate cupcakes and fluffy vanilla cupcakes.

?We?re always listening to our customers, and it?s clear that gluten-free options are not just a trend ? they?re a need,? said Paula Fasciano, owner of Bake Ability Bakery. ?By opening a separate kitchen, we?re ensuring there?s no cross-contamination so everyone can enjoy our baked goods with peace of mind.?

To celebrate the expansion, Bake Ability invites everyone to stop by its Buckingham store on Saturday, April 19, for free gluten-free cupcake samples ? no strings attached, just sweets.

If you're out of town for the holiday and can't make it on Saturday, no worries.

During the week of April 23, Bake Ability will be offering free cookie samples to give everyone a taste of what?s to come.

"Our full line of gluten-free items will be officially available for purchase starting May 7 at our
Buckingham location," said Fasciano. "Bake Ability Bakery is proud to continue our mission of inclusive, delicious baking ? now with gluten-free goodness for all!"
