Every Sunday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., brunch offers guests an inviting menu featuring a balance of sweet and savory breakfast options, fresh salads, sandwiches, and a raw bar. Along with their crafted cocktails, guests can enjoy brunch essentials like Mimosas, Bellinis, and a house-made Bloody Mary mix crafted with premium ingredients.

This week, the Boiler Room also introduces a new dinner menu featuring a miso glazed halibut, pumpkin mascarpone ravioli, sous vide duck breast, seared diver scallops, prime filet mignon, braised bone-in short rib, shrimp and linguine pasta, along with other entrees, salads, accompaniments, raw bar and appetizers.
