Bucks 5K Series Hosting Webinar Ahead Of Running Season

This spring marks the 25th anniversary of the Bucks 5K Series.

DOYLESTOWN, PA — This spring marks the 25th anniversary of the Bucks 5K Series and runners are eager to lace up their sneakers and return to live racing.

In preparation for this season’s exciting racing calendar the Bucks 5K Series has partnered with Marshall Financial Group to present a free webinar moderated by Paula Nangle CFP®, President & Senior Wealth Advisor from Marshall Financial Group with Certified Running Coach Gert Freas, and Johnny King-Marino DC, CCSP of Advanced Spine & Sports Chiropractic at 7 p.m. Tuesday.

Gert Freas is a certified personal trainer and running coach with over 16 years in the fitness
industry. Believing that health and well-being are at the foundation of everything we do, Freas
strives to find what will motivate and work for each individual person to take those steps to enjoy
a healthier lifestyle, achieve their goals, and have fun doing it. She is a volunteer Director with
the Bucks 5K Series and has run over 15 ultramarathons and over 35 marathons in the past 25
years.

Dr. King-Marino is a Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician and the owner of Advanced Spine &
Sports Chiropractic with locations in Doylestown and Washington Crossing. He is a triathlete
who has competed for Team USA on multiple occasions, completed eight IRONMAN races, and run several marathons. He is currently the president of the Bucks County RoadRunners and has worked with the local Kenyan Running Team for over 25 years.
