CB West Football Player Dedicates Season To Fighting Cancer
CB West kicker Conner Garrison will earn donations to fight childhood cancer every time he makes a field goal or earns an extra point.

DOYLESTOWN, PA — A Central Bucks West varsity football player is dedicating his upcoming season to help fight childhood cancer. Conner Garrison, a kicker/punter, has pledged to be a "Kick-It Champion" through Alex's Lemonade Stand Foundation.
Starting with Central Bucks West’s first game on Aug. 24, Garrison will accept donations and pledges for each field goal and extra point he makes during the 2018 football season. All donations received will benefit childhood cancer research through Kick-It.
“I have had family experiences with cancer so I understand the effects cancer can have on the body and people's lives,” Garrison said. “It makes me happy that I am helping out in a way that I can.”

Kick-It is a national charitable athletic campaign to raise money for childhood cancer research. According to campaign organizers, Kick-It partnered with Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation in 2017 in order to further the vision of a 10-year-old boy with cancer who wanted to help other kids like him.
