Central Bucks To Fill Vacant School Board Seats
During special meeting, the school board will publicly interview candidates from Regions 4 and 7 and make appointments.

DOYLESTOWN, PA ? The Central Bucks School Board will hold a special meeting on Monday, March 18 to interview and appoint candidates to fill two open seats on the nine member school board.
The meeting begins at 7 p.m. in the board room of the district's education services building at 16 Welden Drive in Doylestown.
The board is scheduled to publicly interview and appoint candidates to fill two vacancies on the board representing Regions 4 (Warwick and Warrington townships) and Region 7 (Warrington Township).

Region IV candidates:
- Michael Antwi III
- Michael Landis
- William Steiner
- Jenine Zdanowicz
Region VII candidates:

The successful candidates will be appointed to serve through 2025.
The vacancies were created by the abrupt resignations of members Debra Cannon and Lisa Sciscio in February over differences with the new board majority and its newly-appointed solicitor.
The Republicans verbally resigned after the board had adjourned its Feb. 13 meeting. They later submitted official written resignation letters, which were accepted by the school board during a special meeting held on Feb. 23.
