The past year has been a rocky one for the school board, which saw the hiring of a new superintendent and then watched everything unravel when allegations of abuse arose in a district classroom. The decisions made by administrators led to firings, including the newly-hired superintendent of schools.

As the district prepares to move forward, among its first jobs will be to find a new superintendent to lead the district into the future. The district will also be moving forward with the realignment of its grade levels, ongoing building renovations, and will resume discussions regarding its elementary school buildings.
