Patch: What attracted you to the line of work you’re in, and how did you get started?
Saile: The opportunity to help those that cannot help themselves in a challenging time of their lives. We both started with small individual law practices and saw the opportunity to create a law firm that places service, results, convenience, honesty and transparency first.
Patch: If you had to sum up your business mission to a stranger in a few words, what would you say?
Saile: Results-driven and people-first.
Patch: What’s the biggest challenge or most difficult moment you’ve faced in your job?
Saile: Working with families that have lost loved ones in heartbreaking accidents is something you can never forget and never gets easy. We know it’s our role to advocate for our clients throughout the legal process, but just as important that we understand what they are dealing with and so that we can attempt to remove any added stress or grief that comes with it.
Patch: What’s the most satisfying part of your job?
Saile: People come to Cordisco & Saile when they are in need. They trust us when they are in a bad place with their health, finances and future. When we can successfully deliver a fantastic result in a case, it makes all of our hard work worthwhile and meaningful. Hearing from clients years later validates what we do, and affirms to us that we were able to make true connections with our clients.
Patch: How would you say your business or organization distinguishes itself from the others?
Saile: Law firms are results-driven by design and that can’t be ignored. But not all firms design their processes to also focus on their client’s well-being, comfort and understanding of what is happening with their case. Personal injury cases can take a long time, several years in many cases. We believe in an “every step of the way” process. Our team is hand selected with years of experience along with the right personalities to deliver results and service at the same time.
Patch: What’s the best piece of advice you’ve ever been given when it comes to success?
Saile: "Don't be afraid to give up the good to go for the great." Even when we think we have maximized what we can do for our clients, we never stop looking for ways to improve the results and experience for our clients.
Patch: Are there any new projects or endeavors you’re working on that you’re extra excited about?
Saile: In the past few years, we have spent a lot of time focusing on and educating ourselves about the best ways to help our clients recover from traumatic brain injuries. In most accidents, the impact causes brain damage on a microscopic level. Most common diagnostic tests available, such as MRIs and CAT scans, are not sufficiently detailed to show these injuries. This is why brain injuries are often labeled the “invisible injury.” As you could imagine, proving an invisible injury is difficult and complicated. A brain injury legal team not only needs to know the law, but also the medicine and anatomy to be able to prove these types of cases. We are seeing a rise in brain injuries in our practice and we decided to meet the demand with the best representation available.
