Delaware Valley University Duo Works Out for the Eagles

Bailey, Wilmer led the Doylestown university to a 9-2 record last season

After an impressive performance during pro day at Villanova University two weeks ago, Delaware Valley University’s Rasheed Bailey got a chance to tryout for the Philadelphia Eagles along with teammate and quarterback Aaron Wilmer Wednesday morning, according to Newsworks.org.

Bailey and Wilmer took the practice field at the Novacare Center at 8 a.m. Wednesday. After running drills, team officials led Bailey and Wilmer on a tour of the facility, the report says.

Bailey and Wilmer led Delaware Valley University in Doylestown to a 9-2 record and a postseason berth.

In December, Bailey was named the Maxwell Club’s Tri-State Player of the Year after recording 80 receptions for 1,707 yards and 19 touchdowns, according to CBS Philly.
