DOYLESTOWN, PA - The “Distance Picnic On Pine” outdoor live music series has come alive in Doylestown Borough this summer.

Since launching last July during the pandemic, the family-friendly picnics accompanied by live music have become a foundation for celebrating independent artists, local businesses and vendors, organizers said.

“The Picnics started as a way for people to safely gather, get some takeout from local restaurants and enjoy live music,” says Joe Montone, founder of production company Remedy Presents and producer and host of the series. “And now, as we transition and vaccination rates increase, the possibilities for our community and the Picnics have grown as well.”
