Doylestown Mayor to Proclaim April CB Cares Reading for Pleasure Month
Event is scheduled for Wednesday at the Doylestown Bookshop
Doylestown Mayor Ron Strouse will be reading an official proclamation at 10:30 a.m., Wednesday at the Doylestown Bookshop.
The proclamation will announce that April is CB Cares Educational Foundation Reading for Pleasure Month. Reading for Pleasure is one of the foundation’s 40 developmental assets, and helped establish the Little Free Library in the community.
The Doylestown Bookshop will be hosting several events throughout the month celebrating Read for Pleasure Month. The bookshop and CB Cares Executive Director Kimberly Cambra will host a special story time at 11 a.m. on April 25.
