DOYLESTOWN, PA — The Bucks County Department of Health recorded violations at bars and restaurants in Doylestown during the second half of March.

Annie's Water Ice, 2 violations: No certified food safety manager on duty; single-use articles such as take-out containers, disposable utensils observed stored on the floor

Bacco Bistro, 1 violation: Glass door refrigerator does not consistently maintain foods at a safe temperature

Conquering Cuisine, 2 violations: Hand wash sink in kitchen is blocked; both front and back door observed to be open upon arrival. All doors and windows must be closed or have a screen to prevent pests

Gardenville Pizza & Deli, 5 violations: No certified food safety manager on duty; paper towels missing from bathroom handsink; pizza on display does not have a time on them when they are to be sold by or discarded; outside door of the walk-in cooler is not sealing properly; bottom of upright freezer has food debris

Giovanni's On State, 1 violation: Window in restroom is broken and back alley has trash debris

Kung Fu Restaurant, 5 violations: Both hand wash sinks in kitchen area are blocked; rice in hot holding unit not at safe temperature; garlic in prep area not at safe temperature; frozen foods observed thawing at room temperature; food products are being stored on the floor

McCaffrey's, 2 violations: Raw time/temperature control for safety products are being stored directly over ready to eat foods; fish purchased in reduced oxygen packaging is being thawed within refrigeration but still under reduced oxygen — fish must be removed from reduced oxygen packaging prior to being thawed

Mei Ting Asian Fusion, 3 violations: Sauce and egg rolls were not cooled; frozen chicken and pork were sitting out of temperature to thaw; the following areas are unclean: Floor drain next to the cook line, prep table with worn duct tape, can opener base attached to prep table, wall at hand sink, mixer stand, and shelves in sushi area
