Doylestown Township Supervisors Election: See 2025 Results

Doylestown Township voters sent in ballots and went to the polls on Tuesday to elect two new members to the board of supervisors.

DOYLESTOWN TOWNSHIP, PA ? The Democrats appear to have won the race for two open seats on the township's board of supervisors.

With all the township's precincts reporting, Democrats Christina Maida and Dan Wood held a comfortable lead over Republicans Joseph Van Houten and Colleen Brophy Brennan in the race for two open, six-year seats on the board.

As of 1 a.m., here is where the race stood with 99.3 percent of the county's precincts reporting:

  • Christina Maida (D) ? 4742
  • Dan Wood (D-Incumbent) ? 4623
  • Joseph Van Houten (R) ? 3143
  • Colleen Brophy Brennan (R) ? 3043

Results are unofficial until they are certified by the Bucks County Board of Elections.

The open seats are currently held by Democrat Dan Wood and Republican Nancy Santacecilia. Wood is seeking re-election while Santacecilia will be stepping off the board at the end of the year when her term expires.
