?We have built a unique culture in the automotive world where we support each employee?s personal and professional growth,? said Gilbert. ?We don?t want people to come to us for a job; we want them to join us to build a career, and that requires us to provide them with support to learn and take on new challenges.?
Included in that culture are opportunities for employees to participate in a Healthy Living Program at varying levels based on their own goals. ?We offer programs and resources to help employees with mental and physical health, including 24-hour access to licensed clinicians through our partner, SupportLinc, onsite fitness challenges and appointments with me to build individualized fitness and nutrition plans,? said Fred Beans Wellness Coordinator Andrea Volm. ?The accessibility of these offerings and the fact that so many people are taking advantage of them at the same time encourage employees to focus on their health and remain accountable when they set wellness goals.?
