Happy Father’s Day To Arnold E. Falcioni
"His greatest gift was his love of people — especially his family."

In celebration of Father's Day on Sunday June 17, we asked Patch readers to write a letter to their father and let us deliver it. This is Denise's letter to her dad:
My father Arnold E. Falcioni has been gone from us for almost 30 years now. Like all people he had his faults, but his greatest gift was his love of people — especially his family. He was loyal to his friends and always responded to people in need. He was extremely generous and delighted in giving to others with no need for acknowledgement.
We grew up thinking we had much more than we actually did. He was a steelworker in Pittsburgh and one Christmas when we were little he was laid off but he never told my mother until after, because he didn’t want to spoil anyone’s holidays. He worked hard and instilled in us his work ethic and respect for doing a good job.
I miss him every day but especially on Father’s Day.
