Limited Space Available for Bucks County SPCA Summer Camp
Foundations Community Partnership is funding the camps, which run from June 22 through July 31.

The Bucks County SPCA is offering a limited number of scholarship for its summer camp.
The camps, which are funded by Foundations Community Partnership, and are available for kids in grades 3-6, and gives them a chance to understand animals in the community, learn to be responsible pet owners and have fun with animals.
The one week sessions run from June 22 through July 31, alternating between the Lahaska shelter and the Quakertown shelter.

The Foundation Community Partnership is funding two scholarships each week.
“Our camp is a great chance for kids to develop important social skills like empathy and self-confidence while having a great time and enjoying the natural affection between children and animals,” Bucks County SPCA Executive Director Anne Irwin said in a press release. “We are grateful to FCP for giving us the chance to extend scholarships to young animal lovers who couldn’t otherwise attend.”
