DOYLESTOWN, PA — "Operation Chill" is in effect in Doylestown and your reward, kids, will be a yummy frozen treat.

During "Operation Chill," an effort spearheaded by 7-Eleven stores, officers with the Central Bucks Regional Police Department will be “ticketing” kids they see doing good deeds or exhibiting positive behavior.
