Man Facing Multiple Felony Charges For Use Of Stolen Credit Cards
The Plumstead woman told police that she left her purse in the car while she was at a pool with her grandchildren

PLUMSTEAD TOWNSHIP, PA ? A 40-year-old man is facing multiple felony charges for stealing a woman's credit cards and then using them to make multiple purchases, police said.
On Nov. 7, Ramon Rosario of Patterson, New Jersey, was arrested by Plumstead Township Police for fraudulently using credit and debit cards stolen from a 76-year-old Plumstead woman.
Police said the theft happened in July when the cards were stolen from the woman's Blue Honda Odyssey while it was parked in Souderton Borough. The woman told police that she left her purse in the car while she was at the pool with her grandchildren between 1 and 2 p.m.

When she returned to her car, police said she discovered that her credit and debit cards were missing. Shortly after, she began receiving calls from her credit card companies regarding fraudulent transactions on her accounts.
Rosario was transported to the Central Bucks Regional Police Department for processing and arraignment in front of Judge Hughes. Bail was set at 10 percent of $200,000. Rosario was then transported to the Bucks County Correctional Facility.

Rosario has been charged with three counts each of identity theft, access device fraud, and receiving stolen property. All three are third-degree felonies.
Texas Man Charged With Forged License Plate
A Texas man is facing charges for driving a car with a counterfeit temporary license plate.
On October 17, police stopped a car driving north on North Easton Road for having an illegible temporary registration plate. The driver was identified and charged with operating a vehicle with a counterfeit California temporary registration plate.
The vehicle's VIN was checked through NCIC, and it was determined that the vehicle was not registered anywhere in the United States. Additionally, police said the 31-year-old driver had no valid insurance.
The San Antonio, Texas, man was placed under arrest and transported to Central Bucks Regional Police Department for processing and arraignment before a judge. The driver was remanded to the Bucks County Correctional Facility.
