WARRINGTON, PA — A man was killed in a two-car crash Wednesday on the Rt. 202 Parkway in Warrington, police confirmed Thursday.

Russell Blackburn, 34, of Lansdale died from his injuries sustained in the Wednesday morning crash, which happened shortly before 8 a.m. at a curve between County Line Road and Rt. 152.

Blackburn, who was driving a Nissan Altima, had been transported from the scene to Abington Hospital. The driver of the Jeep Patriot that rolled over is still in critical condition at the same hospital, police said.

The road and nearby walking path was closed for several hours Wednesday as police performed an accident reconstruction.

The Bucks County Homicide by Vehicle Task Force is assisting Warrington Police with the crash investigation, which is ongoing. Corporal Michael Neipp, a member of the Bucks County Homicide by Vehicle Task Force Team, is the lead investigator.
