Man Who Threatened To Kill Biden Found In Bucks Co. Woods: Police

A man who police say threatened to kill President-elect Joe Biden and Gov. Tom Wolf was arrested in a wooded area of Bucks County.

BUCKS COUNTY, PA — A 61-year-old man who threatened to kill President-elect Joe Biden, Gov. Tom Wolf and other officials was arrested in a wooded area of Bucks County, where he was found with a gun, Pennsylvania State Police said Monday.

Kris John Kinsey was charged with terroristic threats and related crimes on Monday after officers took him in custody Friday on an arrest warrant based on an investigation that started in Ohio.

According to State Police, Kinsey posted multiple threatening messages, images and videos on his Facebook page threatening violence and death to Biden and Wolf, as well as Vice President-elect Kamala Harris and House Speaker Nancy Pelosi.

Kinsey, who State Police said is prohibited from owning a firearm, had a semiautomatic handgun, marijuana and drug paraphernalia at the campsite off Sunday Road in Durham Township, officials said.

He is charged with possessing an instrument of crime, terroristic threats, persons not to possess firearms, as well as possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
