Nearly 10K Red Light Violations Caught On Camera In Warrington
Police release year-end statistics for traffic enforcement program at two busy Route 611 intersections.
WARRINGTON TOWNSHIP, PA ? In 2024, Warrington Township issued nearly 10,000 citations for red light violations at two heavily traveled intersections on the Route 611 corridor.
Since the township launched automated red-light enforcement on March 22 at Easton and Bristol roads and Easton and Street roads, the program has issued 9,797 notices of violation and 2,911 warning notices.
According to the report, officers approved 78 percent of potential violations sent for review from go live on March 22, 2024, through December 2024.

According to the report, the program realized an average initial payment rate of 70 percent for notices issued from March 22, 2024, through December 2024.
And 15 percent of the violations issued through December 2024 were sent to registered Warrington Township addresses, 13 percent were issued to Doylestown, nine percent to Warminster, six percent to Chalfont and two percent to Jamison.
