New Restaurants Coming To The Barn Plaza: Find Out When

DOYLESTOWN TOWNSHIP, PA ? A new 7,500-square-foot stand-alone building continues to take shape in the parking lot of the Barn Plaza on Route 611.

"We're anticipating delivering that space to the tenants by mid-year," said William Greimel, the vice president of redevelopment with Brixmor, the shopping center's owner.

The new building, now under construction on the site of the former Applebee's restaurant, will house a 2,394-square-foot Chipotle Mexican Grill and a 3,900-square-foot First Watch breakfast and lunch restaurant. A third 1,200-square-foot tenant has not yet been announced.

"We expect them to be opening sometime around October or November of this year," said Greimel.

Construction of the new building began late last year and is expected to be completed sometime this summer.

Based in Bradenton, Florida, First Watch is known for its daytime dining concept that serves made-to-order breakfast, brunch and lunch menu items using fresh ingredients. As of August 2024, the chain had more than 535 locations in 29 states and 14,000 employees.

According to its website, its "chef-driven menu" includes elevated executions of classic favorites
along with specialties such as the Quinoa Power Bowl, Farm Stand Breakfast Tacos, Avocado Toast, Chickichanga, Morning Meditation, Spiked Lavender Lemonade, and its signature Million Dollar Bacon.

First Watch operates more than 520 restaurants in 29 states and has nearby locations in Montgomeryville, Abington, and Huntingdon Valley.
