The event is the latest in a series aimed to draw additional patrons to town to support local restaurants and shops. Over the summer, portions of State Street as well as other portions of Main Street were closed to vehicular traffic to make way for the expansion of outdoor dining and shopping.
Local officials hope the closures help small businesses that have been hampered by the coronavirus shutdowns and restrictions.
