A student-led organization is planning a rally Saturday in support of Central Bucks teachers and staff members.
DOYLESTOWN, PA — A student-led organization is planning a rally in support of Central Bucks teachers and staff members.
Students and parents are planning to gather at 11 a.m. Saturday in front of Central Bucks West High School to show "their love and appreciation for the teachers, support staff, and aides who work in the Central Bucks School District."
During the event, participants plan to write chalk messages of gratitude and support for their teachers and support staff.

The rally, organized by Youth 4 Unity, comes amid turmoil in the district after a sudden announcement that staffing shortfalls have prompted an all-virtual start in September.
Also Saturday at the same time, opponents of the move to start virtually are planning a protest in Doylestown Borough.
