In addition, there is an impressive custom-designed chalet built in 1992 with an open, multi-story living area and loft and an additional 3 bedrooms, plus a sauna and spa room. The newly renovated pool and patio area includes a large screened-in gazebo and a stunning koi pond with a
waterfall, providing a spectacular outdoor living space.

"When we take possession of the house in late February we clean it and start preparations for the designers? work, but stop to give the public a chance to see the bare bones of what will become the 2025 Bucks County Designer House & Gardens before the magic," explained event organizers. "You get to look for the blemishes, faults, and problems that we deal with and then, when you return in May, you get to see exactly how the designers and landscapers solved those issues. And while you?re touring the before, you also are treated to good food and music, a wonderful silent auction, and more."
