Trio Took $6K In 17 Fraudulent ATM Transactions: Central Bucks PD

According to police, the Philadelphia residents are charged with withdrawing more than $6,600 in 17 fraudulent ATM withdrawals.

DOYLESTOWN BOROUGH, PA — Central Bucks Regional Police are seeking two people in connection with multiple bank frauds. One person has already been arraigned in connection with the alleged crimes that occurred in 2018.

According to police, the Philadelphia residents are charged with withdrawing more than $6,600 in 17 fraudulent ATM withdrawals. Additionally, two bad checks totaling $2,100 were issued, police said

Angel Ramos, 44, was arraigned and released on $25,000 bail. He is charged with criminal conspiracy and access device fraud.

Police are still seeking Gloria Haydee Ramos, 44, and Sor Ramos, 51, for their involvement. Arrest warrants have been issued. Charges against them also include access device fraud, criminal conspiracy and related charges.

Police identified the three as suspects after debit card and checks were obtained from the victim’s vehicle after they had allowed an acquaintance to use the car. When the vehicle was not returned, it was reported stolen and subsequently in a hit-and-run accident in Philadelphia.
