A self-admitted dream-chaser, Jeannie Kim, owner of the new Nothing Bundt Cakes in Warrington, says that she told co-founder Dena Tripp that she is her “dream maker.” A trained pianist who studied bio-medical engineering and economics while being an army medical specialist in the reserves, dabbled in banking and restaurant management, and made a 20+ year career in information technology, says that she has finally found her calling in life. “I still remember my first taste of Red Velvet at the Newtown Nothing Bundt Cakes. And, now, I want everyone to experience what I have,” explained Kim. “I love to share and this brand is all about that.” Kim will celebrate her opening by giving fifty percent to Operation Ward 57 during her grand opening festivities next month. “To experience our products daily and to be able to give back to the community makes me feel like I can actually ‘have my cake and eat it too.’”
