DOYLESTOWN, PA ? Santa Claus will be back in Doylestown this holiday season after a couple of years of COVID-19 restrictions that made it difficult for kids to crawl up on his lap and make their case that they?ve been good boys and girls over the last year.

Visits and pictures with Santa are at the heart of many families? holiday traditions, but the coronavirus pandemic gave them a lump of coal. Malls and other places took social distancing measures in both 2020 and 2021 to help contain the spread of the virus, moving Santa
meet-ups largely online.

  • Visit Santa?s House located at the Hamilton Lot this holiday season in Doylestown Borough. Pictures with Santa are free, but donations are always welcome. Well-behaved pets are welcome as well. Remember to bring your own camera or smartphone! Santa House hours are: Thursday and Friday from 6 to 8 p.m., Saturday from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and 2 to 4 p.m. and on Christmas Eve from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
  • Brunch With Santa, Sunday, Dec. 18 from 10 a.m. to1 p.m. at the Hattery, 18 West State Street, Doylestown. Click Here To Reserve.
  • Decemberfest 2022, Central Park, Doylestown Township. Saturday, Dec. 10 from 1 to 4 p.m. Pictures with Santa, crafts and games. Warm up by the fireplace with seasonal music, snacks and goodies.
  • Meet and Greet Santa and the Grinch at the Mercantile, 444 North Main Street, Doylestown, on Dec. 3, 10 and 17 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. or on Dec. 18 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Tickets are $35 and include a 10-minute time slot where your child can meet with Santa and/or the Grinch and take your own photos, a goodie bag filled with themed crafts and toys and a Christmas-themed book that Santa and the Grinch will sign.   • Plumstead Township Tree Lighting and Santa's arrival. Friday, Dec. 2 beginning at 6 p.m. Hanusey Park, 4757 Goarden Road, Doylestown. Dance performances, ugly sweater contest, Santa's arrival, tree lighting, Santa Meet and Greet. The rain date is Saturday, Dec. 3.
  • Peddler?s Village in Lahaska is one of Santa?s favorite places to visit. Kids have the chance to see Santa during the afternoon parades on Holly Jolly Weekend, on weekends for photos at Giggleberry Fair, and more. (He?s been known to pop in for an occasional sing-along, too!)

Santa arrived Nov. 12 at Bass Pro Shops and Cabela?s Santa?s Wonderland and will hold court through Christmas Eve. Reservations are encouraged.

Santa will be at Macy?s stores in New York City, Chicago, San Francisco, Philadelphia, Atlanta, Boston and Orlando. In Bucks County, Santa will be at the Oxford Valley Mall through Dec. 24. Reservations are required, CLICK HERE FOR DETAILS
