Bake Sale to Support Challenger Baseball team

Volunteering Makes a Difference

Since 2014, Rebecca Laing and Bethany Yagoda two Hatboro Horsham Juniors have been volunteering their time as Buddies for the Challenger Baseball Team. They enjoy helping others, especially children of all different ability levels. They help the Junior team players with skills, practice and overall enjoyment of the game. Noticing that the players did not have the same baseball gear, they set out to do something about it. They held a bunch of Bake Sales to raise money for the team. In years past, they have donated their proceeds to The Miracle Field and bought sweatshirts for each team member. This year, they hope to do the same! Join them on May 18th at Carpenter Park to Donate, Eat and Enjoy! They have recruited bakers and helpers to sell their delicious baked goods from 9:00-2:30PM. Help them achieve their goal!
