Blasting May Cause Loud Sounds In Horsham Between 12 and 2 pm
Blasting work at the old Limekiln Pike Golf Course this afternoon may cause loud sounds or shaking in and around Horsham this afternoon.

HORSHAM — If you feel the earth moving in or around Horsham Township this afternoon, rest assured it’s nothing to panic about.
In a social post on its Facebook page, the township warned those living and working in the area that they may hear loud “Booms” or “Cracks” sometime this afternoon, but that the sounds are nothing to worry about.
The cause of the sounds? Blasting operations that will be taking place between 12 p.m. and 2 p.m. at the old Limekiln Pike Golf Course, which is located at Davis Grove and Horsham Roads.

Those in the area may feel what the township described as “very minor ground vibrations” during the time of the blasting work.
