According to reports, Noonan sold oxycodone pills to an undercover police officer. He also allegedly forged his signature on a settlement check intended for a client and deposited into his own account.
CBS Philly reports that Noonan, who had a dozen of family members in court for support, said he became addicted to painkillers after he was diagnosed with gout. As the former defense attorney was led out of court, he reportedly said, “The judge was fair.”
