Dollars For Doubles: Senior Community Donating To Hatboro-Horsham Baseball, Softball Teams
For each double the team gets, a local senior home will donate $20 to the Hatboro-Horsham varsity baseball and softball teams.

HORSHAM, PA -- Hatboro-Horsham High School's varsity baseball and softball teams have new motivation to hit for extra bases.
For each double the teams hit this varsity season, Kyffin Grove senior living community will donate $20 to the team for the "Dollars For Doubles" athletics program benefit.
The softball team has already knocked 12 doubles in their first five games.

Four senior living communities operated by Sage Senior Living will donate $20 to local high school baseball teams for each double the team hits throughout the 2017 varsity season, a press release said.
The “Sage Swing for Doubles” partnership with eight suburban Philadelphia schools is intended to support high school athletics at a time when many athletic budgets are stretched thin, according to a press release.

“Sage Senior Living is all about building vibrant, lifestyle-focused communities for our residents, and part of that is actively participating in the larger communities, as well,” Kelly Cook Andress, founder and president of Sage Senior Living, said in a press release. “We’re happy to support high school athletics and the valuable life lessons that are learned through participation in sports.”
The following Sage Senior Living Communities have partnered with local high schools through the "Dollars for Doubles" program:
- Kyffin Grove in North Wales will make donations to North Penn and Hatboro Horsham high schools.
- Daylesford Crossing in Paoli is partnering with Conestoga High School.
- Plush Mills in Wallingford is partnering with Strath Haven, Penncrest and Springfield (Delaware County) high schools.
- Echo Lake, a new community that will open in 2018 at Atwater in Malvern, will make donations to Malvern Preparatory School and Great Valley High School.
So with this in mind, make sure you go out and support your baseball teams and hope for as many doubles as possible!
