Chakras are energy centers within the body. In this series, you will explore and work to balance the seven main chakras – Root, Sacral, Solar Plexus, Heart, Throat, Third Eye, and Crown.
Each class starts with an introduction to the chakra of the week. Then you will flow through yoga poses designed to balance that chakra. Breathwork, meditations, and mantras are also included. You will be given journal questions to explore on your own and poses, meditations and mantras to practice at home.

Terri Clime Palacio knows first-hand the value of yoga and working on the chakras because it helped Terri in so many ways: to gain confidence and clarity, and she loves sharing with others what she learned, and how it transformed her life.
"I always wanted to help people who feel stuck or stressed out and struggle to make well-being a priority," Terri explains. "I love being able to help each of them find balance and live their happiest, healthiest life."
When: The series runs for 7 Thursdays, starting May 6 and concluding on June 17, from 7:45 p.m. to 9 p.m.
