A trace of the IP address led to Winter's Drexel Road home in Hatboro, police said. When a warrant was served on April 22, a total of 4,797 illicit images and videos were found on his computer, tablet, thumb drives, and cell phone, according to authorities.
Many of the images contained children under the age of 13, and some portrayed infants and toddlers being sexually abused by an adult, police said.
