Hatboro Native, US Air Force Vet, Passes Away At 84
Donald Bell, a Hatboro native, loved family vacations in Mystic Island and Point Pleasant, golf, bowling, and picnics.

HATBORO, PA — Donald Belli, of Southampton, died, Saturday, May 20, 2017. He was 84.
He was the husband of the late Joan Belli with whom he had shared 40 years of marriage. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Arlene Belli.

Born at home in Hatboro in 1932 , he was the son of the late Joseph and Edith (Blose) Belli. He was was the youngest of ten siblings and had a twin sister. He was a graduate of Hatboro High School and a member of the football team.
He served proudly in the US Air force from 1952- 1956. He joined the masons and served with the W.K. Bray Lodge of Hatboro. He worked at Fisher & Porter for many years until his retirement in 1992.

He loved vacations at the family homes in Point Pleasant and Mystic Island New Jersey. He enjoyed playing golf and going bowling. He liked having picnic’s with the family. What he cherished most in life was being a caregiver.
He is survived by his daughter, Judy Templeton (Don), two grandsons, Carl Templeton (Joanie) and Matt (Cher) and six grandchildren, Carly, Jenna, Chase, Lindsey, Michael and Kelli. He was preceeded in death by his son Michael Castro and daughter Donna Belli.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend his viewing after 10 am, Friday, May 26, in Baskwill Funeral Home, 20 W. Montgomery Ave (half block west of York Rd) Hatboro, where his funeral service will be held at 11 am. His interment service will be held privately.
