Hatboro Navy Veteran Dies
Virginia Mary Tucholski will be laid to rest at Washington Crossing National Cemetery.

Virginia Mary Tucholski (nee Smith), of Hatboro, formerly of Kalamazoo, Mich., died on Dec. 26. She was 61.
She was the wife of Steven Tucholski of Hatboro, the mother of Russell (Lisa) of Warminster, Matthew Scott of Silverdale and Stephanie (Brian) Grike of Hatboro. She was the grandmother of Connor, Mackenzie, and Christian and daughter of Barbara (Jim) Blaisdell and the late Donald Smith Sr. and sister of Tom (Margie) Smith and Linda (Paul) Combs.Â
Tucholski was a proud veteran of the United States Navy and retired from Naval Air Station Joint Reserve Base Willow Grove in Horsham.
She enjoyed motorcycle rides and the beauty of nature. She also enjoyed gardening, and most importantly, loved spending time with her family.Â
Services are private and Tucholski will be interred in Washington Crossing National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers a donation to honor her may be made to Vascular Research Foundation Advancement Department 16342 SW 29th Street Miramar, FL 33027 or www.heartfirst.org.
