Hatboro Planning Commission Discusses Proposed Development
Company plans to build 72 townhomes at Fulmor Avenue and South Warminster Road.
A proposed townhome development was the focus of the Hatboro Planning Commission Tuesday night, according to The Intelligencer.
The report states the Arcadia Land Company is planning to build 72 three-story units on 9 acres at Fulmor Avenue and South Warminster Road.
According to the report, the commission discussed several issues about the plan, including the potential dangers of being so close to railroad tracks, the size of roads in the development, and where would children wait for school buses.
