The report states that Wayne Kopack, 36, of Barbara Road, was sentenced Tuesday to 18 months and up to five years for the incident. According to the report, Kopack, who was allegedly intoxicated at the time of his arrest, is accused of pointing the non-functioning crossbow at a couple while only wearing a T-shirt and boxers.
