The new restaurant is located at 134 Welsh Rd. and opened on Thursday.

HORSHAM, PA — Diners in Horsham have had their options severely limited by social-distancing orders designed to curb the spread of the new coronavirus. But a new location of a popular fast-food chain is providing them a new choice for pickup, drive-through or third-party delivery.

While state-mandated social distancing rules mean there's currently no dining room service, the Chick-fil-A is open for drive-through service and curbside pickup, as well as delivery through third-party apps like Door Dash and Uber Eats. It also offers catering.
The team says it is taking coronavirus concerns seriously. Team members are wearing masks and gloves and conducting contact-free interactions with customers during purchases.

The Horsham store currently is employing 80 people and still hiring for day shift, according to its owners.
As a "thank you" to essential workers during the coronavirus shutdown, the restaurant will be offering a free meal on Tuesday, April 21, between 11:30 a.m.-2 p.m. To receive a free chicken sandwich or 8-piece nuggets meal, customers must arrive in uniform or with a work badge.
