Longtime Horsham Public Servant George Freas Jr. Passes Away
Freas was remembered fondly for his decades of dedicated service.
HORSHAM, PA — A longtime Horsham public servant passed away over the weekend, authorities confirmed.
George Freas Jr., who was a police officer for more than three decades and a dedicated member of the local community, was 84.
The lifelong resident was part of a family that has served in local law enforcement for four generations, according to Horsham ChATs.

A viewing will be held on Thursday, July 12 from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. at Decker Funeral Home, which is located on 216 Old York Road in Warminster.
