Mexican-Dominican Restaurant Opens In Hatboro

HATBORO, PA — Diners in Hatboro with a taste for Mexican and Caribbean dishes now have a new local option.

A grand opening is set for Saturday at Gallo Tropical. Hatboro's newest eatery is located at 134 South York Rd., at Byberry Road. It has been open since Friday.

Owner and executive chef Milaurys Plaza, who also has a location in Warminster, has more than a decade of experience in Caribbean and Mexican cuisine.

Gallo Tropical's hours are 9 a.m.-9 p.m. on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, 10 a.m.-9 p.m. on Saturdays and noon-9 p.m. on Sundays.
